2009 NATIONAL MEETING
ACCOMMODATION IN GEELONG

and click on the Geelong Natmeet logo on the right hand side. This will give you a lot of information about this wonderful event.
Being in Geelong means that the drive is much more achievable than the last few years have been.
I have reserved accommodation for members in two forms:
1. Motel Accommodation
at the Aristocrat- Waurnvale Motel ( see: www.aristocratmotel.com.au.) Backs onto the Deakin University where all the social activities will be held. Plenty of room for trailers, set in 5 acres of ground.
9 rooms with Queen sized beds; heating/cooling; tea & coffee making plus toasters @ $99 per double per day
3 Deluxe rooms with above plus 2 single beds & a spa @ $131 per double per day
1 Deluxe Family Room @$144 for 2 persons (plus $20 per extra person) per day.
2. Caravan Park
Deluxe Cabins at Riverglen Holiday Park 75 Barabool Road, at Belmont. See: www.riverglenhp.com.au
7 deluxe cabins – can sleep up to 4 – 1 queen sized bed and 2 bunks – linen in queen only.
Each cabin has ensuite, heating/ cooling plus full cooking facilities. Cost is $100 per couple per day plus $10 per extra person per day.
I have received quite a number of members names already, first in first to reserve a motel room or a cabin get first pick, so please let me know by email or phone to reserve a spot.
MAY 2008 - UPDATE
I have tentative bookings for 7 of the 9 Motel rooms and 3 of the Ensuite Cabins.
Plus there are a further 6 couples who have indicated that they intend going but have yet to advise if they are staying with our groups or not. So you can see that the available motels/ Cabins are filling fast While it is early!
