We’ve listened to what you’ve had to say and this year’s weekender has moved away from the October long weekend to May 15th & 16th.
That’s the weekend after Mother’s Day.

Our destination is the Barossa Junction Motel where every room is a renovated railway carriage. It’s at Tanunda so there is no long drive home after the event.
There will be a long run for the faster younger models and a short run for those not so quick. Both will leave from the club rooms on Saturday morning after morning tea.

We will be in the Barossa for lunch and the bar will be open The afternoon has planned fun activities so we can do things together and prizes will be awarded at the Gala Dinner in a private function room on Saturday night.
We are not dressing up the cars but we are having a Railway Theme for the dinner and prizes will be awarded for the best “Themed” people.

 The event includes;
Saturday morning tea

Saturday Dinner
Saturday Accommodation
Sunday breakfast

All this for $300.00 per couple                 You’ve got to be happy with that!

A tour of the car and motor bike museum which is housed in the Barossa Junction Motel Complex is available for a gold coin donation.
For those who would like to stay on Sunday night a discounted rate of $90.00 has been negotiated.  Breakfast will be available.

Sunday   
For people not wanting to go to the Collingrove  Hillclimb a tour of the Barossa  and lunch are being planned for Sunday and further information will be available next month. Sunday’s activities are at your expense.

Numbers are limited so an early booking will avoid disappointment.
