Entry costs: A registration fee of $17.00 per vehicle applies. A further $16.00 per person is payable to cover the cost of morning Brunch & the afternoon tea at Strathalbyn.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. All entrants are bound by the Conditions of Entry upon submitting an Entry Form and agree to observe these conditions.
  2. This year’s AAKR is a special one to commemorate the parent MG Car Club in England being 80 year old, (MG80) entries will only be received from those actually going on the run. That is the Express wish from Abingdon that we get as many MGs on the run as possible.
  3. Entry plaques may only be displayed on the MG to which they have been assigned unless prior approval has been obtained from a member of the Committee of the MG Car Club of SA Inc.
  4. All MG’s must be registered or on a permit and driven by a licensed driver who complies with the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act 1959 as amended.
  5. Payment of entry fees will determine entry number in strict chronological sequence.
  6. A maximum of only 200 MG’s will be accepted.
  7. Entries definitely close on Friday 8 October 2010.
  8. All participants will observe the current road laws and all speed limits over the route.
  9. All participants shall conduct themselves on an orderly manner.
  10. Participants are subject to the directions and control, in all things, of the organisers of the run and their agents.
  11. The organiser of the run will be The MG Car Club of SA Inc.
  12. The following indemnity must be signed by owners/ drivers of all vehicles participating in this event:
    1. All entrants/ owners/ drivers and passengers enter and participate in these runs solely at their own risk,
    2. The organisers of this event and their agents do not admit liability for any loss or damage suffered by or to any entrant, driver or passenger through any circumstances,
    3. In completing and signing this form I acknowledge that I have read, understood and accept the Conditions of Entry to the Annual Australian Kimber Run 2010.
