MG Midget Mk1, 1961, GAN1-6568. Ian Hobbs purchased the Midget in 1975 from T. Fay. Driven to and competed at many Nat Meets. Used daily from 1980 to 1998 and only broke two crankshafts and one gearbox. Finally replaced the dear old Mk1 with an MGC. The photo shows how much luggage and how many people you can fit into a Midget when going to a Nat Meet, Tasmania 1984.
	1970 MG Midget Tourer (1275cc+) Owner: Stuart Wilson Purchased by Stuart in October 2009 Previous Owner: Derek Milne – 6 Yrs and 2 owners prior Improvements: Resprayed and re-carpeted and upholstery has been done plus twin SU carbies. I believe that the crank shaft been boosted so it's got a bit more get up and go at the top end. I hope to learn a lot more about my MG now that I have joined the MG Car Club and am looking forward to enjoying all that the Club offers.
