MG P-Type EX154
Chassis No: EX154
Engine: MG 747cc, 4 Cylinder, OHC, Mk22 Spitfire Supercharger
Gear box: P-Type 4 speed
What is essentially a P-Type.
The most interesting fact about this car is the bronze cylinder head that is on the motor. This cylinder head came from EX127, the record breaking MG from 1935 as fitted by Bobbie Kohlrush. The rest of the motor is the Bucknell collection. This motor in 1935 developed 146 BHP at 7500RPM blowing 39lbs of boost. EX127 as driven by Bobbie Kohlrush covered the flying mile in 140.6 MPH.

MG Racer
Chassis No: TBA
Engine: MG 995cc, 4 cylinder, TOHC with Roots Blower.
This recently built Australian special is a creation of my father Pip Bucknell. Built on a P-Type chassis and using one of the reproduction twin cam motors being produced in England this car is a serious weapon. The body was modelled on the attractive lines of our MG R-Type. With a capacity of less than 1 litre but supercharged to a high state of tune that allows either Methanol or Elf Turbo Max to run the car, this car is built to race.
(Look out JP I maybe able to get close to you soon!)
Still relatively early in development and my experience in driving, it is the current Class Record holder in a least 1 Hillclimb course in Australia.
