Back To Britain
 for the 50th Anniversary of the MGB
September 12 – 26, 2012

Expressions of Interest are sought from MG owners who might wish to participate in a 14-day trip to the UK to celebrate the MGBs 50th anniversary during September 2012.

The Preliminary Itinerary is:
Depart: Wednesday, September 12
Arrive:  Thursday, September 13
Collect MGBs: September 13 & drive to Chichester (near Goodwood track).
Attend Goodwood Revival Meeting September 14-16
Visit Heritage Motor Museum: September 18
Attend  the UK MGCC’s 50th Anniversary Celebrations at Blenheim Palace September 23, 2012.
Depart London Heathrow September 25.

Cost is tentatively estimated at around $8,800 per person including.

Return Economy Airfares                                   $2,500
Car Hire (MGB-10 days @ $200/Day)                   $2,000  
Goodwood (3 Days incl. grandstand seating)        $1,000
B & B 10 nights @ $150 per night                       $1,500
Blenheim Palace Birthday Celebration                $   500

The trip allows ample time for exploring the picturesque towns and local attractions of the surrounding counties and could easily be extended by individual participants and their wives/partners.
